Returns Policy
All of our products ship with a comprehensive 12 month warranty. Please take the time to check over your devices as soon as you receive them, as the cutoff for reporting products as Dead On Arrival is 14 days. Should you declare the product DOA within this time then we will happily take it back to assess the cause of the problem, and in most cases will offer the choice of us carrying out repairs under warranty, or giving a refund. Should you declare a unit as being DOA, outside of the 14 day window, any repairs will be treated as warranty claims, and no offer of refund will be made. Should your drive break after being used, within the 1 year warranty period, we will be happy to take it back and fix it under warranty. We have no restocking fee, but do not accept returns on the grounds of customer remorse, under any circumstances.
