• Do you purchase my used good/faulty LTO related parts?

  Yes! We buy your working or defective materials like LTO drives, Switches, Servers etc. 

  Send us an email with a list of what you want to sell and our team will provide you with a fair and reasonable offer for your parts. Don't forget to mention the state of the products!

• How can I order a product?

  It is best to send your order by mail via [email protected] our sales team will process it immediately and provide you with the order confirmation and tracking details as soon as possible. 

  Please also mention your full company details when sending us your order. 

• Do you accept returns?

  Yes, we accept returns. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an ordered product, or if it does not meet your requirements, it can be returned within the specified return period. Please use the RMA button at the top right of this webpage, after you have entered all the details and information here, we will contact you as soon as possible.

   

• I did not receive a tracking number?

  No worries, we will send you your tracking details as soon as possible, most of the time you will receive them at the moment of shipping. 

• What is the lead time of my order?

  Most of our online listed products are in stock which means that they have a lead time of 1 - 3 days unless specified otherwise. If you want to be sure, just send us an email or give us a call.
